I've built an exceptional breadth and depth of experience in marketing leadership and business change across a variety of blue chip enterprises, including commercially driven banks and values orientated mutuals, during the most sensitive times: mergers; organisational transformation; and strategic launches.
I've managed major channel strategy, product development and customer experience projects impacting millions of UK consumers and I've led all elements of the marketing mix: coaching customer understanding; adapting the classic FMCG proposition models; and creating customer experiences and integrated communication plans that meet strategic goals and commercial targets.
